I injured my shoulder last year. I saw Cat and she was very thorough and also identified a previous longstanding problem I had with my other shoulder I had given up on. She performed sports massages, acupuncture and provided me with rehab to complete at home. I now have no pain in either shoulder and my strength has increased significantly. Cat was so helpful and patient and explained everything so that I understood. I’ve once gone back with other niggles before they become injuries and she has always been excellent at helping nip these in the bud with whatever treatment is necessary. Having seen many physio’s over the course I can confidently say Cat is the first I have fully trusted and seen long term results with.
